- What is tearing us apart? Or at least keeping us apart? Why is there so little movement toward uniting around opposition to obvious problems. David Brooks writes: “… identity politics per se is not the problem. Identity politics is just political mobilization around group characteristics. The problem is that identity politics has dropped its centripetal elements and become entirely centrifugal.”
- So, what do we do? How do we begin to fix the problem? Perhaps friendship, centered in Christ, is the way forward.
